Becoming Physically Alive
Rich Nathan / March 12, 2017
Many of us would like to be able to climb a few flights of stairs comfortably or play with our pets without feeling out of breath. Others of us would eventually like to run a 5K for the first time. But regardless of our physical fitness goals, it's important to first understand what it means to be physically alive. In this sermon, Pastor Rich partners with Dr. Bill Malarkey, Professor Emeritus of Internal Medicine at The Ohio State University College of Medicine, to teach us what physical health is, how relational health is connected with our physical health and how we feel emotionally interacts with how we feel physically.
